Buiandrug Porotherm A12 Thermo

The Porotherm A12 Termo lintel is a thermally insulating product unique on the Romanian market: a prefabricated element made of prestressed reinforced concrete with a ceramic casing, with Y 1960C-2.5 type prestressing reinforcement and C30/37 class concrete. It has an internal thermal insulation layer, which makes the product 78% more thermally efficient than a monolithic concrete lintel of similar size. Porotherm A12 Termo lintels are placed at the top of the openings provided in masonry for windows and doors, supporting the section of masonry or the reinforced topping above them. These elements can be used on both exterior and interior walls, for openings ranging from 0.75 to 3.00 meters, in new buildings or in renovation, re-partitioning or attic-conversion work. The image is for illustration purposes only. Using this type of product eliminates the formwork, reinforcement, pouring and form-removal work typical of conventional lintels.
